Maximilian Ma 3/5 a week ago Mixed feelings about this one – decent value but would not visit again. Pros: really good breakfast in spacious breakfast room, house keeping is good, plenty of parking. Rooms are fairly big and comfortable by motel standards. Cons: one receptionist was really friendly, the next would pick up the phone and not realize she did, so continued talking to her coworker while ignoring me. Rooms are noisy especially closer to the train track. Hallways and stairs are dirty and smell. Would not print me a receipt upon checkout.

Alica Ellis 5/5 2 months ago I stayed here for a few day last week and I will definitely go back. The staff was super friendly. From the manager at the front desk to the young ladies that cleaned the room. The breakfast was delicious especially the omelette that I had and I rarely eat eggs. I didn’t have to worry about my belongings going missing. The pool area was clean. There are so many restaurants in that same area of the hotel. If I asked for an extra towel or washcloth, I got it right away. Great place, friendly and respectful staff and calm atmosphere. Also, someone was always at the from desk if assistance was needed.

Gaby Milano 5/5 a month ago Linda and Kayla were the ladies at the front desk, they are so helpful every single time I come to visit! They Always make sure I am satisfied with my stay. Rvc best western is right in the heart of town. You can leave your car in the parking lot and walk to wherever you like.

Scott Stanley 5/5 a week ago I stay at this hotel for both business and pleasure. This Hampton Inn always takes good care of me. The breakfast is good and the standard offering for most Hampton Inn brands. Located in Rockville Center there are various restaurants within walking distance. You can pretty much a restaurant of any type of food in the area. A grocery store is also located right behind the store (King Kullen).

Andre Palmer 4/5 a month ago Very pleasant staff, room and sheets was clean, no funky smell… as for the bed depending on which side you were, got a bit sqeeky but not too disturbing but noticeable. Not sure if this is for all beds, just the room i stayed. The area is good, with restaurants and bars being within 1mile.. Will recommend to family and friends to stay here.

Jeanna Wilson 5/5 a month ago The hotel was very clean the bed was comfortable. The staff were very manner able. The breakfast was awesome. The only thing I found a lot of guest were not wearing their mask, and that was a problem for safety, to the elderly and children that were at the hotel. And did not seem to be mandated by the hotel.

Jessie C 1/5 a week ago Instead of investing money on parking, how about invest money on more beds in ER , better doctors and efficiency. I u sweat and hospitals are busy right now but how long have we been under covid 19 for over a year. This should be the norm by now, learn to adapt and have better transparency on wait times and where in the line you are to get seen. Put a system in the ER to show where you are in line and how long it would time, average time of course since you can’t be 100% sure of time.

judith dean 2/5 a week ago I am sad to say that our family has not experienced the addition of Mount Sinai as an improvement. I have brought my 97-year old mother to South Nassau Hospital more times than I can count, prior to the merger. The nurses, doctors, techs & staff were always courteous, competent, kind and professional. They provided respectful care to my mother. The first time I brought my mother to Mount Sinai South Nassau, after the merger, they returned her to me sitting in a wheelchair on a blanket soaked in urine. I couldn’t believe it. The next time I had to take her to the ER, I went to Winthrop. I need to believe that the staff are the same caring individuals but perhaps they are being pressed to work under unreasonable conditions. I brought my mother to the ER today at 2:30pm and have been calling since 5:30 to see if she is being admitted or sent home. Every time I call, they tell me to call back in 90 minutes. I JUST called again and they said to call back at 10:30pm! I am a single parent. I will have to drag my child out of bed to pick my mother up if they don’t admit her. In 10 years with South Nassau nothing like this has ever happened. I hope that this merger is intended to help patients in some way and not just the bottom line. Don’t throw out the baby with the bath water. I want my old hospital back.

Miriam G. 5/5 9 months ago I’m giving this place a 5/5 because of their swift and easy printing and notary services! I called a head of time to ask about their notarization service and the gentleman that picked up was super helpful; he was clear and suggested I come in before 5pm to get the notarization completed. When I mentioned I needed to print items he suggested that I could email them to the UPS store upon arrival and they would be printed for me. Upon arrival, there were about five people ahead of me, at which I was willing to wait, but was unsure if I had to since I wasn’t mailing out anything. Therefore I gave them another ring, the gentleman remembered me and told me to come right in to get the notarization. I waited less than 10 min for everything to be completed! Everyone was super on point, fast and KIND! I would go back again and use their services. Thank you for offering great customer service, especially during the busiest time of the year (holiday season).

There may be some delays but overall, don’t believe all the reviews here which may be fueled by frustration. The staff here are hard working and I would not hesitate to make another appointment again.

Lift 1on1 1/5 a month ago This location is NOT by appointment only. I had a bad waiting experience because of the walk in’s. I had an appointment and I had the option of waiting in the waiting room or sit outside and they’ll text me when they’re ready for me. I opted for the text. As soon as they text me, I walked in right away. When I came in, no one called me. During this time, I heard them calling the walk ins. I know they are walk ins because they are being called by number. They were skipping me. 40 minutes passed and I finally got someone’s attention. I told them that they keep skipping me. The phlebotomist said she called me but I wasn’t there. Meanwhile it took me 30 seconds to walk from lobby to office. She didn’t even give me a chance to walk there before she skipped me. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re not the priority? Never again. Don’t waste your time making an appointment. Just walk in and be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Good luck

Huguette S 5/5 2 years ago I moved to Nassau county almost two years ago and had to find a new dentist. I was so pleased to find Dr. Grosser and his AMAZING staff!! My whole family goes to Dr. Grosser and we all love going for our appointments. The front-desk receptionist is friendly and so accommodating. Jodi is an awesome dental hygienist who cares about each patient and makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Grosser is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I cannot speak more highly about this team.
