Old Westbury Gardens

Old Westbury Gardens is a historic estate located in Nassau County, New York. The gardens were originally donated to the county by Caroline Merritt Jones and opened to the public in 1922. The gardens quickly became one of the most popular tourist attractions on Long Island and are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Plan Your Visit

If you’re interested in visiting Old Westbury Gardens, there are a few things you need to know. The gardens are open every day (except Tuesdays) from 10am to 6pm, Westbury House will close for lunch at 1:00pm and will re-open at 1:40pm. Final admissions to Westbury House will be at 5:15pm. Visitors are asked to leave the property by 6:00pm.

Admission

Admission to Old Westbury Gardens costs $15 4or adults, $12 for seniors, and $8 for students. Children under the age of 12 are free. 

You can save money on admission by purchasing a membership. Memberships start at $50 per year.
