Jericho Cider Mill

Founded in 1828, Jericho Cider Mill is one of the oldest continuously operating cider mills in the country. Located on the historic Jericho Turnpike near Hicksville, NY, the mill is still powered by a waterwheel and produces fresh apple cider and apple pies using traditional methods. In addition to cider and pies, the mill also sells a variety of other products made from local apples, including jams, jellies, honey, and apple chips. The mill is open to the public from September to November, and visitors can watch the cider-making process while enjoying a cup of cider and a slice of pie. Tours of the mill are also available by appointment.
