   Treatment plan

   Liquid termiticide barrier, in-ground bait stations, or both depending on construction and soil.

   Application

   Trenching and rodding around the foundation, plus direct treatment of active galleries.

   Monitoring

   Scheduled station checks and annual re-inspections to keep the warranty in force.
