24/7 Emergency Service Available
Emergency Pest Control on Long Island
Some pest problems can't wait for a routine appointment. Rodents in the kitchen, a hornet nest over the front door, bed bugs discovered at midnight — when it's urgent, call us. Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, across Nassau and Suffolk County.
How an emergency call works
When you call the emergency line, you reach our team — not an answering service. We ask a few questions about what you're seeing and where, then triage the situation. You'll get clear instructions on what to do right now to keep everyone safe, and we schedule a technician to come out and handle it. If the situation can safely wait for a regular appointment, we'll tell you that too — we'd rather be straight with you than sell you a visit you don't need.
Our office hours for routine scheduling, quotes and questions are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Outside those hours, the same phone number reaches the emergency line. Our headquarters is at 785 Walt Whitman Rd, Melville, NY 11747 — technicians dispatch from there across Long Island, so help is never far.
The emergencies we handle most
Rodents in the home or restaurant
Rats or mice active in living spaces, kitchens or food storage. Beyond the health risk, a sighting during a health inspection can close a restaurant. We find how they're getting in, remove them, and seal the entry points.
Stinging insect nests near entries
Wasps, hornets or yellow jackets nesting by a door, deck, play area or storefront. Colonies are most aggressive in late summer. Keep everyone clear of the area and don't spray the nest yourself.
Bed bug discoveries
Bites, spotting on mattresses, or a live bug in a bedroom, hotel room or apartment unit. Fast, correct treatment matters — half-measures spread them to neighboring rooms and units.
Commercial inspection issues
A health inspector flagged pest activity, or you've spotted droppings before an upcoming inspection. We document every treatment so you have the paperwork inspectors ask for.
What to do while you wait
- Keep children and pets away from the affected area.
- Don't disturb nests, and don't spray store-bought chemicals at close range.
- Close interior doors to contain rodents or insects to one area if it's safe to do so.
- Don't move bedding or furniture between rooms if you suspect bed bugs — it spreads them.
- Take a photo from a safe distance if you can; it helps us identify the pest before we arrive.
